“Farrah helped me obtain legal permanent residency. Unfortunately, my case was not as straightforward as I hoped it would be. I lost my I-94 card after my entry in 1990, and it was not easy to find a record of my entry even after Farrah submitted a Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) request. However, Farrah appealed the FOIA decision and was able to obtain proof of my lawful entry. My case also fell way outside of the normal processing time.
